1. Acceptance

By accessing or using qore.ae and the QORE service (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

QORE provides a QR-code payment platform for restaurants in the United Arab Emirates. Features, availability, and pricing may change during the pilot period; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

3. Pilot

The 14-day pilot is offered free of charge subject to capacity. You may cancel at any time. We may end the pilot for any account in cases of misuse, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your business.
• Comply with applicable UAE law, including consumer protection and tax obligations.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the Service, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Payments and fees

Card processing is handled by Stripe and Network International. Their terms and fees apply to those transactions. Once QORE introduces paid plans, applicable fees will be communicated in writing in advance.

6. No warranty · limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to AED 1,000 or the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
