1. Who we are
QORE (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the QORE QR-code payment service for restaurants in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us — when you contact us at hello@qore.ae, sign up for the pilot, or fill in a form, we receive the details you submit (name, restaurant, email, phone).
- Information collected automatically — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site. We use server-side request logs only; we do not set tracking cookies on this marketing site.
- Payment information — handled exclusively by our payment processors (Stripe, Network International). We never see, store, or process your card details.
3. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and onboard pilot customers.
- To improve the service, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations in the UAE.
We do not sell your information.
4. Third parties
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the business (hosting via Cloudflare, email via our mail provider, payments via Stripe and Network International). Each provider is bound by its own data-protection terms.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping. Pilot data is retained for the duration of the pilot plus 12 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
6. Your rights
Under UAE PDPL you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent or object to processing at any time. Email hello@qore.ae with your request.
