Do guests need to download an app?

No. They open their phone camera, point it at the QR code on the table, and tap the link. The bill loads in their browser. No app store, no signup, no account.

Which POS systems does QORE sync with?

We have production-ready, native integrations with Foodics and Sapaad — the two most common POS systems in UAE restaurants — both via their official open APIs. Lightspeed, Toast, and Oracle Micros require a partner certification process (typically 30-60 days), so we'll tell you honestly during the pilot conversation whether we can connect to your stack on day one.

How does QORE handle split bills?

Guests split equally, by item, or by custom amount — directly on their phone, without involving a waiter. Once everyone has paid their share, the table closes automatically in your POS.

Is it secure? What about UAE compliance?

Card payments are processed by Stripe and Network International — PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and regulated by the UAE Central Bank. QORE never stores card data. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end and settled in AED.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. The full guest experience — bill, split UI, payment, receipt — is bilingual EN/AR with right-to-left layout support. We auto-detect the guest's device language.

What does the pilot actually include?

QR code printing and table-tent delivery, full POS integration, staff training, a dedicated success manager for 14 days, and a results report comparing your before-and-after metrics. No setup fee.

How long does onboarding take?
